THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND USE

For example, if you submit an application for employment to us through our General Application Form, we may use your name, email address and any other personally-identifying information you provide to evaluate, and to communicate with you about, your application. We also will keep a record of your application.

In connection with any text messaging programs offered by ARLP or its subsidiaries, we may collect mobile telephone numbers, records of consent to receive text messages, dates and times of enrollment and opt-out requests, message delivery information, communications exchanged through the messaging platform, and other information voluntarily provided by participants.

Cookies and Web Beacons. Certain text messages may relate to health plan administration, care coordination, wellness initiatives, eligibility verification, claims administration, or similar benefit-related matters. No physical or electronic security system is impenetrable, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of the servers or databases used to store information collected on our website.
